De-stress massage allows you to experience deep relaxation with or without hypnosis.

What is de-stress massage?

It allows you to reduce tension and pressure without being a deep tissue session.

I use myofascial release work so the muscles can stretch and unwind gently.

I also use breath work to aid muscle relaxation which, in turn allows your mind to relax too. Breath work is something you can try at home, work or in the car. So calming.

Ask yourself how much you want to remain locked down in discomfort. Be honest with yourself.

Myofascial release is similar to massage but it works more on the connective tissue that surrounds the muscles. We have connective tissue running throughout out body. There are no lubricants used. It allows the tissue to soften and glide under the skin.
