The rational part which is logical and focuses on positive solutions – the intellectual part and the irrational part which is our inner survival expert – the part that learnt that smoking was the way forward – the primitive part. The word primitive pretty much sums it up.
With hypnosis we bring both the rational and irrational parts of the mind together. When the mind is calm the irrational part can take on board the language pattern. You leave as a non-smoker.
